Wonderfully Special

I recently got a big lovely package with scrap goodies and I’ve been playing a bit with all my fun new toys. I made a simple card to try out some of the things.

I allready have a punch that does note book edges, but I got a new one with my set of Knock Outs and this one have round holes. Super cute! I still try to figure out how to get a straight line from it, I think I need to practice some more. The stamp set from SSS is super cute, I’ve used two tones of shadow ink from Hero Arts for the sentiment. Also I tried out my new Distress Markers on the postal-style borders. I was quite happy with the result.

I’m going to try to catch up with my blogging, I have a large pile of cards on my desk right now. Soon I won’t have any space left to scrap on. I won’t put my cards away until they are blogged, that way I remember wich ones aren’t blogged. Also, I have to blog them eventually, or I wont have any room left ;) Hopefully there will be a bunch of posts popping up next week.

If it's crafty I have probably tried it. Or plan to try it tomorrow. I love to be creative in all ways, but I tend to gravitate to making cards, coloring and diecutting. I also have a bad yarn shopping.... ehm... KNITTING... habit. I live in Sweden with my husband, two cute minions (also known as kids) and three dogs. I work from home at a small international development company during the days, and craft while listening to audio books or follow my favourite series at nights and on weekends. I love it when I don't have to leave the house, being an introvert and socially awkward and all. That's why my slippers to shoe ratio is close to 1:1 and I'm not ashamed to admit it ;)

Make my day, leave a comment :)
