I’ve been to Karlstad

Last weekend it was time for my favourite thing, the crop in Karlstad arranged by Svensk Scrapbooking. It happens twice every year and many of my favourite people meet up there for a weekend full of inspiration, challenges and of course some shopping ;)

I couldn’t make all of the challenges but I think I made five and most of them turned out really good I’m happy to say. This one is maby my favourite out of all of them. This was for a sketch challange with a row of polaroids hanging on a wire. I flipped the sketch and put the pictures horizontally instead. I’ve actually scrapped these photos once before for a LO that was publiced in Inzpira Magazine but it was the only ones I had more then just one or two matching photos so I scrapped them again.

The pictures are from my daughters birthday this year, she turned five.

I’ll just keep posting. Great news is that Svensk Scrapbooking is having a CC and it’s the same challenges as on the crop. So i still have time to make something for the other challenges and I will do them all if I have the time.

Oh, I almost forgot. I did make a LO for CiLi in Papers first montly challenge a while ago and I got to share the first place with a guy called Hugo who made a really great LO. I’m super happy! It was a really inspiring theme and a great sketch too. If you missed my LO here it is again. I must say I really loved how it turned out.

Tomorrow is my blog day for En liten butik and I’ve actually made my first christmas card for the season. And I’m planning to make some more tomorrow. So come back tomorrow if you are in the mood for early christmas!

If it's crafty I have probably tried it. Or plan to try it tomorrow. I love to be creative in all ways, but I tend to gravitate to making cards, coloring and diecutting. I also have a bad yarn shopping.... ehm... KNITTING... habit. I live in Sweden with my husband, two cute minions (also known as kids) and three dogs. I work from home at a small international development company during the days, and craft while listening to audio books or follow my favourite series at nights and on weekends. I love it when I don't have to leave the house, being an introvert and socially awkward and all. That's why my slippers to shoe ratio is close to 1:1 and I'm not ashamed to admit it ;)

Make my day, leave a comment :)
