Some more Copic coloring

IMG_9409

Here is a couple of cards I made from images I colored while practicing with my Copics. I love the Tiddly Ink images, they are so cute. I do have a hard time making cards with the images I’ve colored. they all tend to be kind of… square…. I’ll have to practice that too if I’m keeping up the daily copic coloring practice, it’s a shame to let the images go to waste.

Same picture but with the addition of a mailbox. The strips of paper on the side of the envelope paper is actually gold foil, I have no idea why it turned out this way on the image. Very odd…

So, do you have any tips on using colored images on your cards without it looking so… boxy? I do like to keep it kind of CAS, no flowers and stuff… Ideas?

If it's crafty I have probably tried it. Or plan to try it tomorrow. I love to be creative in all ways, but I tend to gravitate to making cards, coloring and diecutting. I also have a bad yarn shopping.... ehm... KNITTING... habit. I live in Sweden with my husband, two cute minions (also known as kids) and three dogs. I work from home at a small international development company during the days, and craft while listening to audio books or follow my favourite series at nights and on weekends. I love it when I don't have to leave the house, being an introvert and socially awkward and all. That's why my slippers to shoe ratio is close to 1:1 and I'm not ashamed to admit it ;)
