Winnie and Walter birthday challenges revisited part 1

Soooo, you know last week when I was having fun at the birthday challenges over at Winnie & Walter? Well I had a crazy creative afternoon this saturday, making cards for the rest of the challenges. AND some DT assignments. Mr Mojo was in the house so to speak. I had a ton of fun and apparently I was in the mood for CAS and neon colors. So, less talking and more pictures. Right?

Here is my card for the Freestyle collage CAS challange. I had some tags that I got my last visit at IKEA laying on my table and they caught my eye. I stamped some of the patterns from a couple of the W&W sets and text from a third. I think it came out really fun in the end. I used a neon ink pad from Hero Arts and paired it with Bazzill electric cardstock. Odd enough they don't look the same color on the picture but they are up close. I have some trouble taking good pictures at this time of the year, even if I take them daytime it is to cloudy to get good natural light. Today there was a ton of snow making it look really bright even though it was cloudy but all the colors was really odd instead. I can't wait for spring!

On to the next card :)

If it's crafty I have probably tried it. Or plan to try it tomorrow. I love to be creative in all ways, but I tend to gravitate to making cards, coloring and diecutting. I also have a bad yarn shopping.... ehm... KNITTING... habit. I live in Sweden with my husband, two cute minions (also known as kids) and three dogs. I work from home at a small international development company during the days, and craft while listening to audio books or follow my favourite series at nights and on weekends. I love it when I don't have to leave the house, being an introvert and socially awkward and all. That's why my slippers to shoe ratio is close to 1:1 and I'm not ashamed to admit it ;)
